  • Organic Matcha Powder

    Matcha’s powerful anti bacterial properties help reduce inflammation and even skin tone. The antioxidants also help reduce acne, and increase skin elasticity.

  • Ancient Sea Salt/Clay

    These beautiful tiny flakes infused with matcha powder, exfoliate and smooth dry, tired skin. They are an anti-oxidant-packed kiss at the start, or the end of a long day.

  • Magnesium

    Magnesium supports the synthesis of collagen and protects skin from harmful free radical damage that can ultimately lead to wrinkling and skin damage.

  • Sodium

    Sodium helps restore the protective barrier in skin and helps skin hold hydration.

  • Potassium

    Although potassium is not absorbed through your skin, it enhances skin’s pH, moisture, and texture.

  • Calcium

    Calcium works with the epidermis to produce sebum, a natural, skin-coating substance that helps the skin maintain its natural moisture.

  • Scrub body once or twice a week, depending upon your skin type.

  • Step 1

    Wet your body in the shower with warm, not hot, water. (Hot water dries out skin.)

  • Step 2

    Because our Terra salts are so fine, it is best to either turn off the shower, or step out of the direct stream of the water.

  • Step 3

    Place two scoops of the Terra Salt of your choice into your palm. Rub palms together slowly to make a paste.

  • Step 4

    Massage paste gently into desired area - elbows, knees, heels, or your entire body, using slow, circular motions for approximately 30 seconds. Repeat as needed.

  • Step 5

    Continue your warm shower. When done, pat your soft, touchable skin dry with a soft towel and follow with one of our Ama oils to seal in moisture.

  • Scrub face once or twice a week, depending upon your skin type. Scrub once every two weeks if you have particularly sensitive skin.

  • Step 1

    Wash your face with your favourite cleanser.

  • Step 2

    While clean skin is still damp, place a few drops of water into the palm of your hand, add one scoop of the Terra Salt of your choice, then rub palms together slowly to make a paste.

  • Step 3

    Massage paste gently into your skin, using slow, circular motions for approximately 30 seconds. Pay particular attention to your chin, nose creases, cheeks and forehead.

  • Step 4

    Rinse with cool water, then pat skin dry with a soft towel.

  • Step 5

    Follow immediately with one of our Ama oils to seal in moisture.

  • After a single use

    Your skin will immediately feel softer, suppler, and smoother. In addition, if you use Terra Calma, you will feel more relaxed and if you use Terra Vida, you will feel squeaky clean.

  • After prolonged use

    With regular use of our Terra line, dry patches of skin will disappear, fine lines will diminish and your skin will glow.

Terra Vida Matcha Clay Exfoliant

I have sensitive skin and usually stay away from exfoliants, but I was intrigued by the Terra Supra products! I love this exfoliant- it is gentle but effective and it leaves my skin feeling so soft! My skin also looks brighter on my face! I have used it on my legs in the shower and have had great results! My legs are very dry and flaky especially in the winter, and the Terra Vita has done wonders!!
I appreciate the spoon too, which helps me to know how much to use- without over using!
I am so happy to find a ‘made in Saskatchewan product’ and to be able to support such a great company that has wonderful communication and great service to their customers!

Smells like Matcha in the shower

I tried this one out of the two other exfoliants. It definitely smells like matcha and you can see it turns slightly green when it comes in contact with water. I enjoyed this a lot. It smoothed my skin especially my heels.
